Our Labor Equality and Non-Discrimination Policy establishes organizational guidelines for the prevention, attention to, and eradication of sexual and labor harassment, as well as for the prevention and elimination of all forms of discrimination against any person, in order to promote equal treatment and opportunities for access, permanence, and promotion of all our personnel.
At the end of 2025, our workforce (including subsidiaries) was 15,646 people, broken down below. In recent years, female participation has grown, approaching the national industry average of 18.5%, according to 2025 figures released by the Mexican Mining Chamber. Furthermore, in some business units, the female share is even higher, e.g., in Tizapa women's employment stands at 22.3% and in Servicios Administrativos Peñoles it stands at 42.8%.
